She/Her

Kenzie Beeman is a 25-year-old photographer based in Vancouver, BC. Originally from Calgary, AB, she relocated to Canmore, AB, at the age of 11. Growing up in the Rocky Mountains deeply influenced her passion for outdoor photography and adventure.

Kenzie studied at the University of British Columbia's Okanagan campus, where she majored in Visual Arts with a specialization in photography (2018–2023). She relished her studies, from the meticulous and tedious process of the black-and-white darkroom to understanding the complexities of light and exposure. Her acute attention to detail has honed her ability to create captivating, inspiring images.

While Kenzie enjoys photographing a wide range of environments, her core focus remains on capturing the truth and authenticity of human emotions. Her love for rock climbing has also provided the inspiration and the means to photograph moments and adventures in the outdoors. Kenzie strives to reflect her gratitude and appreciation for the environment by documenting her friends and family experiencing the joy and beauty of the natural world.
